Ordering
The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cheque or direct deposit.
Goods paid for by cheque or direct deposit will be shipped once we have confirmation that the payment has gone through.

Delivery
Orders received will be posted within 48 hours where possible. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been sent.
Deliveries within Australia will be sent via standard Australia Post unless you have requested Express Post delivery. Express Post deliveries by Australia Post will be received on the next working day.
Free delivery is offered on selected items, as indicated on the product pages. This does not apply for international shipping.
Australia Post delivery charges will apply, unless free delivery for the item has been specified on our website. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. The delivery charge will be shown as a separate item in your shopping cart.
During the check out process, you should specify any special delivery instructions.
Please note, standard Australia post delivery does not enable the item to be tracked. Gallop Lifestyle can not be responsible for items lost in the post. If you would prefer the item to be tracked, please ensure you select Express Post during the check out process.
In some instances products will be sent directly from our supplier to the customer. We will communicate the dispatch of each item with the same process as listed above.
If, for some reason, there is a delay with delivery of your order we will communicate this within 2 working days, and communicate a delivery timeframe. Should a delayed delivery time not meet your needs, we will be happy to process a refund.
Items out of stock
At Gallop Lifestyle, we endeavour to make sure that all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct.
If an item on the site is showing out of stock, we will do our best to order it in if requested. Delivery time frames will be clearly communicated, and we will not process the payment until we can confirm the item is ready for dispatch.

Handmade items
Some of the products sold on the site are handmade by some wonderfully creative Australian designers. This means that each one will be slightly different, although we will ensure we show accurate photos for each product available for sale. If one of our handmade items is showing as out of stock, there will be an alternative on its way. We are also more than happy to liaise with our suppliers on behalf of our customers if a custom made item is required.

International Orders
Gallop Lifestyle is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.
All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. The delivery charge will be shown as a separate item in your shopping cart. Gifts / Gift Wrapping / Packaging
We offer the option to have each purchase wrapped in recycled paper tied with jute string, with a Gallop Lifestyle swing tag attached. There is no additional charge for this.
We also have beautiful gift cards and wrapping paper available for purchase, and are happy to write a personal message to the receiver. Remember to specify the wording for the card, and let us know if the delivery address is different to the payment address.
Wish List
At Gallop Lifestyle we understand you may not be quite ready to purchase an item, but are keen to create a wish list to compare product and think about your purchase decision.
The ‘wish list' on the site allows you to do this, with an easy "add to cart" button ensuring you don't need to search again once you return to the site to order an item.
